A bird just strolled through my kitchen mid-rush
I was plating up the main course when this pigeon walked in from the back door. Everyone froze for a second, then the sous chef tried to shoo it out with a towel. It ended up perching on the spice rack, knocking over a bottle of saffron. We finally got it out, but now I'm finding feathers in the prep area... what a mess.

Seriously though, this happens more than people admit. We put up fences and screens, but creatures just do what they want. It's like they have a sixth sense for the one loose board or an open door. That pigeon wasn't being rude, it was just following its own rules, same as a squirrel chewing into an attic. We build our little boxes and get mad when the wild world doesn't follow the blueprints.

Funny how nature keeps reminding us we're not really in charge, no matter how much we try to organize things. Squirrels chew through patio screens, raccoons have their own schedule for garbage night raids, and birds just invite themselves in. It’s like the wild world has a quiet agreement to test our fences and open doors, just to keep things interesting. That pigeon choosing your spice rack is the same deal, a little chaos breaking up the routine.

But come on, is it really that deep? These are just everyday annoyances, not some big lesson. Life with animals is always a bit messy!
