Found it about 8 months ago for $25 and figured at that price it was gonna bend on the first stretch. Took it on a 14 step job and it kicked cleaner than the heavier one I'd been hauling around for 15 years. I mean it's lighter so my shoulder isn't cooked by the last riser, and the head grabs the backing without slipping. Maybe it's just me but the older gear didn't have to cost a fortune to do stairs right. What's the one cheap tool you guys kept reaching for even after you stopped doubting it?
