I finally switched from a knee kicker to a power stretcher on every job
Used to think the knee kicker was fine for small rooms, but after tearing a seam on a $4,000 carpet in a master bedroom last month, I decided to try the power stretcher for everything. Now I get way tighter results and no more callbacks. Anyone else make the swap and notice a big difference on ballooned carpet?

Yeah, tearing a seam on a $4,000 carpet would make me switch too. I bet you looked at that bill and felt like you were the one getting kicked in the knee.

Did you look into a steam cleaner first? Saved my hide more than once.
