Hit my 10,000th seam roll this morning and had to stop for a second

I counted up my rolls from the last 8 years and realized Ive stretched over 10,000 seams without one failing yet, any of you guys track your own numbers like that?

Mike from my old crew got real quiet one day after a job. He had done over 8,000 seams in 11 years without a single blowout. Then he hit one wrong with a worn out roller and it split right down the middle. Took him three days to get his confidence back after that. So yeah, 10,000 is impressive for sure.

Yeah, I read something similar once about how guys who do this kind of work long enough say it's never the new stuff that gets you, it's the one time you let your guard down. Poor Mike, three days is rough, @fiona_lewis37, but at least he got back on the horse.
