Hit 2000 hours on my old circular saw this month
Told myself I'd swap it out at 1500. But the trigger still feels smooth and the blade guard never stuck once. Anybody else keep running gear way past its 'replace by' date?

1500 hours seems low, pretty sure most saws last way longer than that.

Right there with you. I’ve got a jigsaw that’s been rattling along for years past its sticker date and still cuts clean every time.
