Heard a guy at the lumber yard talk about track saws vs. circular saws

Was picking up plywood yesterday and this older framer goes 'track saw changed my life for sheet goods, no more wrestling a circular saw on sawhorses.' I always thought track saws were overpriced. But he showed me his setup, just a cheap Kreg track with his cordless circ saw. Now I'm rethinking my whole approach for cabinet panels.

Wait, so now I gotta buy a whole extra thing just to make my circular saw work right? Great, another tool I'll use once and then feel guilty about every time I walk past it in the garage.
