Had a deck ledger pull away from a house in Kansas City last month

It was a 16 foot section on a 20 year old house, and the lag bolts had just rusted through. We ended up sistering new joists to the existing ones and anchoring into fresh blocking with structural screws. What's your go-to fix for a rotted ledger board?

Ngl if I had a friend who could just swap the whole board like that I'd be handing him every busted device I own. Honestly that's a next level skill to have on hand.
