Bought a 'time saving' miter saw stand for $210 and it wobbles worse than my sawhorses
Set it up in the garage three weeks ago and every cut past 12 inches drifts about a 16th out of square, so I'm back to clamping everything down like I did in '09. Turns out those folding legs just don't like my uneven slab floor. Anyone found a stand that actually stays put on old concrete, or am I better off building my own out of 2x4s?

Built mine from 2x4s, mostly out of spite and cheapness.
