PSA: cold emailing 30 small shops beat spray and pray 500 applications for me
I sent 30 short emails to local shops in Denver over 2 weeks and got 4 replies and 2 interviews, while my 500 online applications landed 1 auto rejection, so if you are stuck in the apply button loop, has cold outreach worked for anyone else or did I just get lucky?
