I finally compared 3 resume formats on 40 job apps and one crushed the rest

Functional format got me 2 callbacks in 3 weeks while the reverse-chronological got 7 in the same window, so I switched everything to hybrid and my last 12 apps pulled 4 interviews, has anyone else seen that big a split?
