Hot take: I mixed up project dates and it forced me to build a better calendar
I totally messed up and told two clients I could start their jobs on the same day. Had to apologize and shuffle things around last minute. Now I use a simple paper calendar on my wall where I can see everything at once. It cut down on my stress and I haven't doubled up since.

Honestly I was all about digital calendars before, but a similar mix-up made me try the paper method. Tbh seeing it all on the wall just works better for my brain now.
