Chose a $15/hr data entry gig over a $12/hr retail supervisor job 8 months ago and kind of regretting it now
Both offers came in the same week back in February. Data entry was remote and sounded chill, retail supervisor had me managing 4 people on weekends. I picked data entry thinking no stress was better. But now I'm stuck staring at spreadsheets for 8 hours with zero human contact and no room to move up. The retail job called me twice last month asking if I changed my mind. Has anyone else picked the easy option and then felt stuck later?

Did the retail job come with any actual benefits or just a fancy title?

Three whole weeks unpaid training and they called that a "learning opportunity" I guess.
