Appreciation post: My sister's career jump made me see risk in a new light

I was just thinking about how my older sister switched jobs last year after a long time at one company. Back when we were kids, she was always the cautious one, planning everything out. Now, seeing her take a big step into a new field really shook up my own view on career moves. It reminded me of when I stayed too long in a role that was safe but not fulfilling.
