Door-to-door quote came in $650 less than the terminal option I booked
I was moving a 2018 Civic from Austin to Denver last month and booked a terminal-to-terminal shipment because the original quote seemed cheaper, but after adding fuel surcharges and a rideshare to the pickup lot it actually cost more... I called the broker back and they switched me to door-to-door for $650 less total, which blew my mind since I figured the convenience would be way pricier. Has anyone else found that door-to-door ended up being the budget pick once you added up all the extras?
