I finally started parking nose-out after a guy in Denver called me out
He watched me back into a tight spot at a lot on Colfax and said "you fight this every day, just pull through." Now I park facing out so my battery is easy to reach and jump if I need it. Anyone else switch up their parking habit for easier car care?
Did that guy just change your whole parking life or what? I totally get it though, there's nothing worse than a dead battery when your hood is jammed up against a wall and you're already late somewhere. I started doing the pull-through thing after my dad yelled at me about it for years (dads, right?) and honestly it makes jumping way less of a nightmare. Plus you look like you actually know what you're doing when you leave, which is a nice bonus.
