Remember when Figma didn't have auto layout and we all just guessed?
I was digging through some old project files from 2018 last night and found a mess of frames I had to manually resize for every screen size. Back then I was debating between Sketch and Figma for my freelance gigs. Picked Figma because the browser thing sounded cool but man, those early days were rough. Auto layout came out six months later and it felt like cheating. Now I can't imagine going back to nudging pixels by hand. Does anyone else miss how simple things were before plugins took over everything?

Auto layout made us all forget how to manually space things, now I feel like a caveman whenever I touch a file that doesn't have it set up. The plugin takeover is wild though, last week I counted 40 plugins in my team's file and half of them were doing the same thing.
