Pro tip: I skipped the grid on my last poster, and lining things up by eye held up fine at 18 by 24 inches
I spent a week fighting guides and snapping in both apps before trying it freehand on a print proof, and the printer in Sacramento said the margins were cleaner than my usual exports, so has anyone else dropped the grid for simple layouts or is that just asking for trouble later?
