Paid $180 for a Figma plugin bundle and now I am wondering if it was worth it

Last month I bought a set of design system plugins for Figma, mostly to handle spacing and typography across a big project. I spent $180 and it did speed up my workflow, but now I keep worrying that I could have done the same thing with free Canva templates for simpler client work. The plugin works great for one app we are building, but I have a few small projects where Canva would have been faster and cheaper. Has anyone else put real money into Figma tools and then questioned if the cost makes sense for mixed jobs?

Tools are investments, but Canva vibes are a whole different game.
