Overheard a client call about Canva templates, made me rethink my workflow

I was at a coffee shop in Austin last Tuesday when a small business owner told her friend she 'just uses Canva templates' for everything, and her brand looks fine. Then she pulled up a flyer on her phone and I could see the font spacing was off, but she was happy with it. Do you all find clients like that are harder to convince about custom Figma work, or do you just let them be?

Man, I've been there. Honestly, I just let them be if they're happy, but I'll casually point out one tiny fix and see if they bite.
