Kept fighting Canva's alignment on a 14 page ebook until a print shop guy in Tulsa set me straight
Last Friday I was redoing a 14 page ebook in Canva and every guide I dragged kept snapping 3 or 4 pixels off center, so I sent the PDF to a print shop in Tulsa just to see how bad it was. The guy called back and said the text blocks were fine on paper, the problem was only on my screen, and he asked why I was not just building the layout in Figma where I could set exact pixels and export once. Now I want to know from people who do both: do you start a layout in one tool and finish it in the other, or is that just making double work for yourself?
