Pro tip: I finally figured out why my sleeping pad was always sliding around
I was setting up my tent on a slight slope in the Adirondacks last month and noticed the pad kept bunching up. The issue was my old, slick tent floor. Now I put a few dabs of silicone seam sealer on the bottom of the pad for grip. Anyone have a better fix for a slippery tent floor?

Try a cheap yoga mat under it.

Oh, that's a clever fix with the seam sealer. Hugo's yoga mat idea is good for cushion, but it won't stop the sliding on a slick floor. The mat itself will just slip around. What you really need is something to create friction between two slick surfaces. A piece of that rubbery shelf liner works wonders. You can cut a piece to fit under your pad and it grips both sides without adding bulk.
