That moment you realize the shutter is fine and the real problem is the mirror bumper
Spent a whole afternoon in Billings chasing a squeaky shutter on a Pentax K1000, swapped the whole mechanism out, and then noticed the mirror bumper had turned to goo and was dragging on every frame, has anyone else hit this after a 3 year old CLBut?

Wait, did the bumper look fine when you swapped the shutter, or did it only show up after you put it all back together?
