Switched from a bulb syringe to a vacuum pump for sensor cleaning and never going back
After 12 years of fighting stubborn dust spots with a bulb syringe that could never get those corner streaks clean, I finally tried a vacuum pump on a dirty Canon 5D sensor last week and it worked so well I actually felt silly for waiting so long - anyone else have a tool they wish they'd picked up earlier?

I used a rocket blower for years too and it never got the job done for me. But I just want to point out one thing though - vacuum pumps can actually cause more problems if you aren't careful. They create negative pressure that can pull in dust from around the edges of the sensor. I learned that the hard way when I tried a cheap one and ended up with more spots than I started with. The best method I have found is a wet clean with sensor swabs and solution, then follow up with a rocket blower to dry it off. That combo has worked perfectly on my Nikon D750 for years now.
