PSA: A customer's comment about my bench light made me rethink my whole setup
They said, 'You're squinting like you're 80, get a better lamp,' after watching me struggle with a tiny aperture ring spring. I swapped my old 60-watt bulb for a 2000-lumen LED ring light the next day. Anyone else have a simple tool change that made a huge difference?

That "squinting like you're 80" comment would have gotten me too. Good lighting is one of those things you don't realize you're missing until you finally get it. What are you working on under that new ring light?

Remember when I thought ring lights were just for influencers? Now I'm just trying to read tiny serial numbers on old cables without going blind.
