Bought a $200 ultrasonic cleaner for shutter blades and it's been a game changer

I was getting tired of cleaning leaf shutter assemblies by hand (you know, the old toothbrush and solvent routine). The cleaner is a Vevor 6L model, and it gets into the tiny pivot points I could never reach. Has anyone else switched to ultrasonic for this kind of work, or do you still prefer the manual method?

Wait you spent two hundred bucks on a cleaner just for shutter blades? That's wild, I've been using my old one for jewelry on camera parts for years. The results are amazing but I could never justify a unit just for that one job. You must be cleaning a ton of shutters to make that worth it.

Sounds like you're the one who's been cleaning shutters with a jewelry cleaner for years, so who's the real wild one here? At least my $200 buys me free time, not a lifetime supply of sparkly lens dust.

I thought it was overkill too, but it's a total time saver.
