Wait, you're getting half as many call backs just from using a tester? That seems like a huge swing for one tool. Are you sure it's the tester and not something else, like maybe you're finding problems that were always there but the old owners just lived with?

Totally agree, it's easy to blame the tool. My inspector found a bunch of minor stuff that the sellers clearly ignored for years.

Oh come on, it's pretty straightforward. A tester catches the obvious stuff like dead outlets or loose connections that a visual walkthrough might miss. If you're cutting callbacks in half, it's because you're actually checking the things that break instead of just eyeballing them. What's the mystery here?
