Stripped a RG6 connector on a 2nd story ladder this morning

Was doing a drop in downtown Portland and the fitting just spun off in my hand after I tightened it. Anyone else have a go-to brand of compression fittings that don't strip as easy?

Generic is always a gamble.

Used to think generic fittings were fine to save a buck... this changed my mind real quick. Bought a pack of Ideal 59 series after that happened to me twice in a row and haven't had the problem since.

Ive been using generics for years and never had a failure yet. Just depends on the brand you grab I guess.
