Spent 4 hours on a dead coax run in a Denver attic before I found the staple
Turns out a single staple from the original build in 1998 had nicked the shield just enough to kill the return path, and I only caught it after re-terminating both ends twice and swapping the splitter, so what is your go-to trick for finding a hidden nick when the meter reads fine at both ends?
