Ran 200 feet of coax through a hot attic in August and learned my lesson about pull lube
Last month I did a three story house in Fresno and decided to skip the lube on a 200 foot coax run because I figured the fish tape would slide fine on its own, and 90 minutes later the cable jacket was shredded and I had to cut it out and start over. The second run with lube took 8 minutes, and I just stood there in the attic heat feeling dumb. Do you all use lube on every pull or only when it feels tight?
