Warning: dropped $140 on a dovetail jig that fights me on every single drawer
The guide bushing has slop in it, so every pin board comes out about 1/32" off and I end up cleaning them up by hand anyway. Anyone got a jig brand that actually holds tight, or should I just go back to cutting them by hand like my old boss in Akron showed me?
Are you sure it's the bushing and not the bit itself? A lot of those cheap jigs ship with undersized bits that wobble no matter how tight the bushing fits.
