Hit 500 drawer fronts in one batch, still can't believe the count
I just wrapped up a job for a condo complex in Phoenix where I cut and finished 512 drawer fronts for their kitchen remodel. That number floored me when I tallied it up, more than double my previous biggest order. The whole thing took 11 straight work days because the finish had to be flawless on every single piece, zero room for rejects. My CNC definitely earned its keep, but the sanding and edge banding nearly killed my back. Has anyone else ever taken on a number that seemed too big at first, and how did you keep quality from slipping near the end?
