I ran out of blanks before a show last month and grabbed a 100 pack at a craft store in Reno for $9, and honestly they press just as clean as the fancy ones. The backs are a hair thinner but nobody has noticed on my last 300 pins. Is anyone else pressing on the cheap blanks or am I the only one risking it?
