Rant: button centers drifting after I switched to bulk mylar sheets
Three years ago I was getting near perfect alignment with pre-cut circles from a shop in Dayton. Last month I bought a 500 pack of bulk mylar to save money, now roughly 1 in 10 pins comes out with the design leaning left. I adjusted the die press pressure and checked the cutter blade, but the drift is random, not consistent. Is this a material tension issue or am I just chasing cheap savings? Anyone else seen this happen after switching suppliers?
