Swapped my bone-in approach after a customer complaint

Last month a guy brought back a pork chop saying it had a bone chip in it. Ive been cutting my own chops for 3 years but now I double check every loin before I wrap it. Anyone else change their cutting method after a bad review?

Took me three years to figure out bones don't grow back together, apparently. I switched to buying pre-cut loins after my own bone chip incident, but now I feel like I'm cheating. At least with bone-in you know exactly what you're getting, even if it means eating around the evidence. My wife says I should just stick to boneless and save myself the headache, but there's something about that bone-in flavor. Guess I'll just keep running my fingers over every chop like a paranoid butcher until my customers stop finding archaeology projects in their dinner.

Guess that bone really came back to haunt me, huh?
