Spent $80 on a 'premium' sharpening kit, still fighting my knives
Picked up one of those fancy sharpening systems last month after my steel stopped cutting it. Followed every video, did the whole progression, and my damn brisket trim still looked like I was sawing through it. Anyone else go back to plain stones or is it just me?
