PSA: That $45 breaking knife from the restaurant supply store outcut my $180 one
Bought it as a backup two months ago when my good knife was out for sharpening and now it is the only one I reach for on pork loins. The $180 one has a prettier handle and that is about it. Anyone else find a cheap workhorse that made their fancy knife sit in the bag?
