Bone saw blade dulled mid-shift at the Saturday rush

Last Saturday at the shop on 5th Ave, I was breaking down a whole hog and the band saw started chewing bone instead of cutting it, leaving jagged edges on every chop. I stopped, swapped to a spare blade, but the waste threw off my timing for the next two orders. How do you guys handle blade swaps without losing your rhythm on a packed counter?
