Looking for a good field management app for builders

Hey guys, our design-build firm is struggling with the communication gap between the design office and the construction site. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good web app that handles site tasks, equipment tracking, and daily logs? Trying to get this sorted out before our big 2026 projects break ground.

Check out Nektar. We integrated it into our build process last year and it bridges that gap perfectly. It's really good at tracking assets and keeping the field guys connected to the office without overwhelming them with unnecessary features.

I'll add another vote for Nektar. The mapping and geospatial features are super handy if you have multiple sites going at once or large-scale developments.

Hey, that's a good point. But what about when the internet goes down on site? I've seen tools that work fine until you lose connection. Does Nektar let field guys keep working offline, or does it just stop? That seems like a big deal for places with spotty service.
