Hold up, you just... dyed fabric with tea? Like, regular tea from the kitchen? I tried that once on an old pillowcase and it came out looking like a muddy mess with weird light spots. I can't believe it actually worked for you without turning into a total disaster.

Tea dyeing looks natural, but it can stain unevenly if you're not careful. @miller.susan, did you pre-treat the fabric before starting? Most folks skip that step and end up with blotchy results.
