Stop calling it a budget win if you just spent less on takeout

I see posts here all the time where someone says they saved $200 by cutting back on DoorDash. That's not a win, that's just not being lazy for a week. A real win is when you set up a system, like my automatic transfer to a separate savings account on payday. I've done that for 18 months and it's built up $4,300 without me touching it. Without that, every little cut just gets spent again by the 15th. Has anyone else found a specific mechanic that actually sticks, or are we all just patting ourselves on the back for skipping a few lattes?

Honestly this makes total sense, that automatic transfer thing is way smarter than my once-a-month willpower.
