Can we talk about that TikTok about paying yourself first?

Overheard a girl at the coffee shop talking about how she sets up automatic transfers to savings the day after each paycheck, like $50 each time. She said it's basically a bill to herself and she never even misses it because it moves before she can spend it. Anyone else try this method and see it actually add up over a few months?

Oh come on, it totally adds up. Once you hit a few thousand miles, that’s a free flight or a bunch of gift cards, feels real to me.
