Am I the only one who bought a bargain yoga mat and ended up with a huge doctor bill?
Saving a few bucks on a flimsy mat led to a bad fall and medical costs that blew my budget.

My cousin needed six weeks of physical therapy after a bad twist in a yoga class. It's crazy how a simple stretch can go so wrong so fast. I'm sticking to walking from now on.
