Shoutout to the hostel desk clerk in Lisbon who told me to skip the 3 day metro pass
I was about to drop 21 euros on a 72 hour pass for a 4 day trip, and he pointed out most of the sights I wanted were within a 25 minute walk of each other. Ended up paying per ride, spent 9 euros total, and walked off a lot of pastries. Has anyone else had a front desk person save them from a pass that looked like a deal?
