I needed euros for a trip to Lisbon and the kiosk at my airport charged me a rate that was way off from the real one, plus a $9.95 fee I did not see until the receipt printed. When I did the math later, I paid $68 more than if I had just used an ATM once I landed. Now I pull cash from a bank machine at the arrival airport and skip the counter completely, has anyone found a card that refunds those foreign ATM fees?
