Changed my mind about sleeping in airports after a 14 hour layover in Denver
I always said paying for a cheap hostel bed was worth it over curling up on an airport floor. Three weeks ago my flight out of Denver got pushed to 6am and the last hotel shuttle had already stopped running, so I tried the chairs near gate B52 instead. I brought earplugs and a hoodie and honestly got about 5 hours of sleep for free. The trick was staying airside past security, where it was warm and quiet, and I spent the $40 I saved on a real breakfast. Anyone else got a terminal they'd actually sleep in again?
