Bought 10lb bag of rice and realized I was rinsing it wrong this whole time
Watched a cooking video from a guy in Thailand who just dumped the rinse water twice instead of my 5-minute swirl routine, and my stir fry actually came out less gummy, has anyone else been overthinking rice prep?
