Asked my foreman 3 weeks ago why the young guys trowel backwards, turns out nobody ever taught them
I watched 4 new guys on a $900,000 job in Tulsa last month lay block with their trowel flipped the wrong way and when I asked who trained them they all pointed at each other, so has anyone else noticed this or is it just my crew?
