Saw a logo on a food truck that used 8 different fonts

I was grabbing tacos downtown last Tuesday and this truck had a logo with like 8 fonts crammed into one square. It was impossible to read from 10 feet away and the colors clashed so bad I almost walked past it. Has anyone else seen brands ruin their vibe by using too many random typefaces?

Totally feel you on this, it's like they threw every font in the drawer at the design and hoped it stuck. Makes my eyes hurt just thinking about it.

Gotta push back a little here @fiona_nelson51, I actually kind of dig it when designers go wild with fonts like that. It gives the whole thing some personality instead of looking like every other boring template out there. Mixing different styles can be tricky but when it works you get something that actually stands out and makes people look twice. Maybe it's not for everyone but I'd take a hot mess over something safe and forgettable any day.
