Noticed my fiddle leaf fig perked up after I moved it 3 feet left at the coffee shop window

Been watching this one at my local shop in Austin for months. It was always droopy on the right side. Swapped spots with a snake plant last Tuesday and it straightened out in two days. Guess the light angles matter more than I thought. Anybody else see big changes from just shifting a pot a few inches?

nah bro, 3 feet can't make that big of a difference in light. probably just the plant adjusting to being moved. light is light, it's not that picky unless you're talking full shade vs full sun.

whoa hard disagree @felix478, I moved a monstera just 2 feet back from a south window and it got all leggy and sad on me. moved it back and it bounced right back in like a week, so yeah distance matters more than you'd think with indoor light. once I started paying attention to how fast the light drops off a few feet away it explained a lot of my plant problems.
