My Monstera deliciosa just put out its 15th leaf and I had to stop and count
I got it as a tiny plant with just three leaves from a nursery in Tampa about three years ago. It hit leaf number 15 this morning and I realized I've never kept a single plant alive and thriving for that long before. It made me feel like a real plant person for the first time. Has anyone else had a plant that made them feel like they finally got the hang of this?

Remember my friend who killed every cactus she touched? She finally kept a pothos alive for a whole year and now her apartment is a jungle! It really does start with one plant.
